Customer's reviews
I recently availed the services of Satyanarayana Ji during our visit to Ujjain and for the trip to Omakareshwar and was thoroughly impressed. The overall support was excellent, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The service itself was fantastic, with punctual pick-up and drop-off times, and a comfortable ride throughout. The driver’s behavior was very good, displaying professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, their familiarity with the area was great, and they provided relevant guidance for local sightseeing, which enhanced our experience. The support not just in Ujjain but also to the trip to Omkareshwar was awesome. I highly recommend connecting with Satya Ji for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch taxi services in and around Ujjain.

I recently used thier taxi service for a trip within Ujjain town, and overall, it was a solid experience. Booking was straightforward through call, which is user-friendly and super easy. The car arrived within 10 minutes, which was impressive given the busy hour.
The driver was polite and professional, though not overly chatty, which I appreciated. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with no weird odors or clutter. The ride was smooth, and the driver took the most efficient route, getting me to my selected tourist locations within time.
Pricing was reasonable and transparent—no surprise fees, which is a big plus.
Overall, Mr Satya Soni delivered reliable, hassle-free service. I’d give them 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely use them again for my next trip.
